📦 Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

We ship all orders from Norway using tracked letter mail via Posten (the Norwegian postal service).

  • Norway: 49 NOK
  • Europe: 150 NOK
  • USA & Canada: 400 NOK

All shipping options include tracking and apply to small-format products like the Mode Dial.

North America:
USA and Canada.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Please note: Mode Dial is a small, independent brand run by just a few people. During busy periods such as holidays or vacation seasons, processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Norway: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal services.

❗ Customs & Import Duties

Buyers outside of Norway are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

🔄 Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:
Due to the custom and limited nature of some of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and process the refund within a few business days to your original payment method.
